Hive Developments was formed to bring classy commercial and residential spaces to the Taranaki region.

This incredible home is about to be featured in some of NZ and Australia’s most popular architectural publications. As well, the home will be entered into the NZIA architecture awards for 2022.

The HIVE our foundation Commercial development will commence in 2021 with stage 1 and 2 due for completion in early 2022. These are now on the market, with stage one allocated and sold within 10 days of going to market.
